Here are the key steps and requirements for the Harvard MBA application:  
1. Academic and Standardized Tests  

   Undergraduate Degree: You need a bachelor's degree.  

   GMAT or GRE: Take either the GMAT or the GRE, whichever you think best shows your skills.  
   English Proficiency Test: If English isn't your native language, you must submit scores from tests like TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE.  

2. Application Materials  

   Transcripts: Provide your college or university transcripts. Upload your academic transcripts and pay the $250 application fee

   Resume: Create a resume that highlights your work and leadership experience.  
   Essays: Write essays that share your personal journey, themes that inspire you, or significant accomplishments.  
   Recommendations: Submit letters of recommendation from people who can speak about your skills and potential.  
   Application Fee: Pay the application fee or get a fee waiver if you qualify.  

3. Demonstrating Readiness for the Program  

   Work Experience: Most applicants have several years of professional work experience that shows leadership.  

   Analytical Aptitude: Show your quantitative and analytical skills through your GMAT or GRE scores, your GPA, or by highlighting analytical projects on your resume.  
   Harvard 2+2 Program: If you’re an undergraduate, you can apply to the Harvard 2+2 Program, which defers your admission for two years after graduation.  

4. The Interview  

   Application Review: The admissions committee carefully reviews your application materials before the interview.  
   HBS Interview: Be ready for a 30-minute interview where you'll discuss your application with a member of the admissions committee. This is where HBS gets personal. The interview is conversational but probing they want to see how you think, decide, and lead.
