I think best is very specific to everyone- but in general, you should keep certain factors in mind like the alumni network of the college, location, academic environment, professors, placement reports and just as important make sure to see how is the college life because it matters a lot;)

I don't know about the 'best' as I don't think its same for everyone but in my opinion doing an MBA is a huge decision so you should only prefer tier-1 colleges like IIMs, SP Jain, XLRI, IIFT, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi. Hope it helps!
