Which is tougher, CAT vs XAT?

Always see people saying, XAT is a different beast, is it really that bad compared to CAT? Any aspirants, can you please help me?

CAT tests speed, accuracy, and time management under extreme pressure. Has VARC, DILR, and QA sections.
XAT goes beyond academics. Has QA and VARC along with Decision-Making section which is difiicult, has no fixed formula, and tests judgment in messy, real-world scenarios.. Also the exam is longer (3+ hours).

XAT QA is fine but DM section is a nightmare if you’re not used to decision making.
