The stipend distribution shows a "heavy-top" structure:

• Highest Stipend: ₹6.80 Lakhs (for 2 months)

• Average Stipend: ₹2.49 Lakhs

• Median Stipend: ₹2.50 Lakhs

• The Elite Bracket: The Top 10% and Top 25% averages are significantly higher (exceeding ₹4 Lakhs), largely driven by Front-end Investment Banking and Strategy Consulting roles from firms like BCG, Deloitte, and Goldman Sachs.

3. Sectoral Trends

• Consulting (29%): Remained the dominant domain. Firms like Accenture Strategy and EY-Parthenon continue to be mass recruiters for the "Top 50%" bracket.

• Sales & Marketing (27%): Huge participation from legacy firms like HUL, P&G, and Asian Paints.

• Finance (17%): A notable presence of bulge-bracket banks and niche private equity firms.
