The most important stat here is the 156% CTC increase. If you are a software engineer making 14 LPA and you come out making 37 LPA, your loan of 40-45 Lakhs gets paid off in less than 3 years. The ROI on a 1-year program at ISB is technically superior to almost any 2-year program in India right now.

Let’s be real though the ₹1.56 Cr is a massive outlier. The real hero is the ₹37.29 LPA average. That’s a very healthy number for a batch of 800+ people. Most IIM A/B/C grads are sitting in that same bracket, but ISB gets you there a year earlier.

₹1.56 Crore? That’s almost double the highest domestic package of some of the older IIMs. It just goes to show that if you have 4-5 years of solid work-ex, ISB is the fastest way to hit that 'Crorepati' milestone in the corporate world.
