156% average salary hike... that’s the real stat. If you’re making 12 LPA before ISB and come out with 30+ LPA, your life literally changes overnight. The 40 Lakh fee doesn't look so bad now.

It’s likely a Senior Principal or Director-track role in Tech or a niche PE firm. Remember, ISB folks have 4-5 years of experience. You can't compare this to a 22-year-old fresher from IIM
