You will have to aim for a high percentile to balance out your earlier grades during the calculation of composite scores but keeping it simple your profile is not one which cannot get calls from say BLACKIMS no matter what percentile you score.

Gap years don't affect your interview calls but be prepared for questions regading it during the interviews
