FORE School of Management: The Reality of 2026

Body

Finance (25%) and Big Data Analytics (9%) becoming major placement drivers. While 36% of the batch still heads into Marketing, the BDA program is the "silent winner," offering roles in Decision Intelligence and Analytics Consulting that were previously reserved for engineers. If youโ€™re a CAT aspirant looking for a school that blends traditional business networking with modern tech-skills, the FORE BDA reality is looking stronger than ever.

ย

  • Umbrella Placements: At FORE, BDA students aren't siloed. You sit for the same elite companies (Deloitte, KPMG, Gartner) as the PGDM core, but with a "Data Advantage."

  • Role Shift: Recruiters are no longer looking for "General Managers." They want "Data-Literate Managers." The 9% BDA cohort is seeing high demand in Analytics Consulting and Product Management.

  • ROI Factor: With an average package across the institute hitting โ‚น16.80 LPA and the median at โ‚น15.20 LPA, the BDA program offers a tech-forward career path that often starts at a higher base than traditional HR or Operations roles.

Wait, if Marketing is 36% and BDA is only 9%, is the BDA program just a 'tag'? Iโ€™d want to know if the faculty for BDA is as good as the Marketing legends FORE is known for. Anyone currently in the BDA batch can confirm?"

Is the 23L fee justified for a 15-16L median, or do you think the "Delhi Location Advantage" and the IIM-level competition make it a necessary investment for 2026?

โ‚น16.8L average is solid for a Tier-2+ school. But look at the fees over 23 Lakhs now. You really need to aim for those Top 25% roles (averaging 28L+) to make the ROI make sense. BDA and Finance are the fastest ways to get there

36% in Marketing doesn't surprise me. FOREโ€™s alumni network in FMCG is huge. You go to FORE for the legacy, but it's cool to see they are finally taking Big Data seriously. It makes the degree future-proof.

People sleep on the BDA program because it's only 9% of the batch. But that's exactly why it's good less competition during placements for high-end Analytics roles. If you can code even a little, you're a god on campus.
