I'm planning to go for an MBA in this year and was wondering how I can start building a strong profile apart from academics. I know CAT/GMAT scores and college GPA are important, but I keep hearing that B-schools also look at your overall profile — and I’m not exactly sure where to begin.

What kind of things should I focus on?

Would love to hear how others are approaching this, especially if you're currently preparing or have already made it to a B-school. Any advice, tips, or even personal experiences would be super helpful!
