How do you avoid burnout during CAT prep, especially with mocks and back-to-back study schedules?

Burnout is real, and I definitely felt it during my prep. What helped me was not sticking to the same boring routine every day. If I didnโ€™t feel like solving Quant, Iโ€™d switch to DILR or just read editorials for VARC. I used to give myself a proper break every couple of weeks, usually on Sundays, no CAT, no guilt. Going for a run, playing football, or just binge-watching something mindless worked for me. The key is not to obsess over one bad day or mock, consistency over months beats one crazy intense week any day.
