Also, post-MBA roles vary massively across companies. A Brand Manager in an FMCG firm might spend their day analysing consumer data, coordinating with agencies, and planning campaigns. But in another company the same title could be more sales-driven.

Same with HRBP role a lot of the work is stakeholder management, employee relations, performance reviews, and aligning HR strategy with business goals. The reality is that the day-to-day job after MBA is often less glamorous than the campus narrative, which is probably why it’s rarely discussed openly.
