Why do so few people talk about post MBA jobs

Body

I have observed that almost all MBA influencers talk about CAT prep or their college life and they are stuck in that.

Hardly anyone talks about their job. I really want some channel or blog which talks about daily life in different companies and different MBA jobs. I have passed out 4 years from my MBA college and am a consultant. But I still don't know what a Brand Manager does every day, what are their working hours or what does an HRBP from XLRI do daily

Honestly, this happens because most MBA content online is targeted at aspirants, not people already in the industry. CAT prep, college life, and placements attract more views than talking about dayt o day corporate work.

Also, post-MBA roles vary massively across companies. A Brand Manager in an FMCG firm might spend their day analysing consumer data, coordinating with agencies, and planning campaigns. But in another company the same title could be more sales-driven.

Same with HRBP role a lot of the work is stakeholder management, employee relations, performance reviews, and aligning HR strategy with business goals.ย The reality is that the day-to-day job after MBA is often less glamorous than the campus narrative, which is probably why itโ€™s rarely discussed openly.
