    Kudos to XLRI for explicitly listing cutoffs for the Third Gender category. It’s a small but powerful step toward making Indian B-schools more inclusive.

    QA/DI cutoff for HRM is significantly lower than BM (70-73 vs 82-85). For folks who are mathematically 'challenged' but have great communication skills, the HRM program at XLRI is arguably the best entry point into a Tier-1 B-school. Thanks for sharing these granular details

    It’s great to see XLRI maintaining a clear path for Non-Engineers. A 2-3 percentile relaxations for Non-Engineer females in the HRM program (84 vs 87 for engineers) is a significant advantage.
