I’ve read a lot about composite scores, weightage for 10th, 12th, grad, diversity, etc, but honestly it’s confusing.

From what I understand, CAT percentile is not the only thing that matters for getting interview calls from IIMs. But how much do past academics really affect shortlisting? And does it differ a lot between IIMs like ABC, LKI, and newer ones?

If someone has gone through this process before, I’d really appreciate a simple explanation without too much jargon.
