• IIM Bangalore: Unique focus on Work Experience (10%) and consistent academic records.

• IIM Calcutta: Highest weightage to the CAT score (30%) among the Top 3, making it the favorite for high-percentile "Quants."

2. The "Profile Protectors" (IIM Indore & IIM Mumbai)

• IIM Indore: Heavily rewards academic consistency. If you aren't a 9/9/9 (90% in 10th, 12th, and Grad), your path is much harder here.

• IIM Mumbai: As a newer entrant to the IIM family, they still rely heavily on the CAT Score (60%) to establish their meritocratic brand.

3. The "Diversity Advocates" (CAP IIMs - New & Baby)

The CAP (Common Admission Process) schools like IIM Kashipur, Sambalpur, and Sirmaur have some of the highest weightages for Profile & Diversity (up to 45%).

• They actively seek to balance their batches with non-engineers and female candidates.

• IIM Sirmaur: Stands out with a massive 20% weightage for Work Experience, making it a haven for seasoned professionals.
