This is hilarious

All this consistency BS is just a convenient way to mask elimination exams. They don't value anything per se, they're running a business, they couldn't give a flying f**k whether you're actually academically brilliant and will go on to become a great leader or some other BS. They look for employability, so that they can attract more people. It's a sad state of affairs. If you think an IIM is handpicking you because your personality/leadership skills/intellect genuinely fascinates them good luck living that lie. They just want to make the process as convenient as possible (for them).
