For the 2024-26 internship season, the recruiter pool at IIM Lucknow included a balanced blend of:

• Consulting firms
• Banks and financial institutions
• FMCG and consumer goods companies
• Technology and analytics-driven firms
• Startups and new-age businesses

New recruiters have strengthened the mix:

Compared with last year, several new companies joined the process, broadening opportunities. While legacy names like Accenture, BCG, Deloitte, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs continued to hire, firms such as Arcesium, Barclays, NIIF, and Paytm Money participated for the first time in the recent cycle, showing expanding industry interest.

Stipend Trends

   Higher stipends this year vs last year:
• Highest domestic stipend increased from ₹3.50 lakh per month in the previous internship season to ₹3.95 lakh per month this year.
• Average stipend rose from around ₹1.31 lakh per month to ₹1.43 lakh per month.
• Median stipend also improved from about ₹1.30 lakh per month to ₹1.50 lakh per month.
• Top 10% average stipends jumped as well, indicating stronger top-end offers compared with last year.
