Honestly, you can crack CAT without coaching if you’re self-motivated, but some structure helps. I mostly relied on Career Launcher mocks for testing myself-they’re more than enough for benchmarking. For GDPI, I did the CATKing course because mock interviews and group discussions are a different ballgame. If you can keep yourself accountable, pick up material from online forums, and consistently analyze your own mistakes, you don’t need a fancy coaching center. But if you tend to slack off without a plan or want that extra push, coaching (even if it’s just online or for the interview stage) can keep you on track.
