VARC honestly was the section I had to grind the most. What worked for me was daily reading: editorials, long-form articles, and sometimes random science/arts topics just to get comfortable with unfamiliar subjects. Don’t read passively, summarize each article in your head. I made a habit of doing 2–3 RCs every day, not just to practice but to see patterns in question types (inference, tone, factual). For VA, practice parajumbles and odd sentences till you start spotting traps. Don’t overthink vocab; focus more on understanding context. Also, attempt RC questions in sets, but don’t get stuck, move on if you can’t get an answer quickly. Trust your first instinct, but always revisit if time permits. My VARC scores only jumped in the last two months, so keep at it and don’t panic if you see slow progress.
