I would suggest you to check their demo or YouTube videos.

The material of IMS, TIME & CATKing are good - TIME can be rated higher here.

But the most important thing here are the faculty. CATKing has the faculty from IIMs and the ones who have scored good percentile in CAT, whereas TIME you will find faculty who are engineers or who have not yet cracked CAT. I am not aware about IMS but overall their review is good. 

Again mocks are important, CATKing mocks are at par with actual CAT exam however TIME mocks are a bit difficult than actual CAT.

I Quants - I feel this is hype !! 500+ (99+) Halwa h kya ! but i believe marketing 
IMS - Their Online mode is good but Offline You need to check the teacher who are teaching 
catking  - I feel they are good ! Proving Innovative Dash board , And Profile portal par IIM Predittor and also amazing 
time - Same is IMS Their onle is good 

Summary = CATKing and Time ( These are Good as per my Experience)
