Depends on what you are looking for and your budget. If it's for MBA, a basic Rs. 30000 laptop would do.  If it is for gaming or video editing, then it's a different story.

I would prefer lenovo it has good performance and optimization. Also prefer to go for i3 or i5 that will give you a performance boost. 

bro lenovo is not a good one, i got issues with my display after 2 months of us, please consider HP or Dell but yes Dell service can be time consuming.
