Accenture make 100 offers is insane. That means 1 out of every 8 students at ISB is going to Accenture. If you want to get into Management Consulting, ISB is currently the safest bet in the country.

I love that they had 25 first-time recruiters. It shows that the 'Consulting' tag of ISB is evolving, and more companies in Healthcare and Finance (like UBS) are realizing they need experienced leaders.

The most important stat here is the 156% CTC increase. If you are a software engineer making 14 LPA and you come out making 37 LPA, your loan of 40-45 Lakhs gets paid off in record time. The ROI on a 1-year program at ISB is technically superior to almost any 2-year program in India right now.

Let’s be real the ₹1.56 Cr is an outlier. The real hero is the ₹37.29 LPA average. For a batch of 800+ people, that is a massive number. Most IIM A/B/C grads sit in the same bracket, but ISB gets you there a year earlier.
