"The Dunning-Kruger Effect: MBA Edition

Body

Most students start with high confidence and low competence. When the "Competence" bar starts moving to the right, "Confidence" often takes a dive. This isn't failure; it's the removal of ignorance.

The winners aren't the ones on the 'fire peak' (10th grade); they are the ones crawling out of the '12th-grade' slump.

Too many people spend the '10th Grade' peak worrying about their 10/12/Grad scores. Move down the curve into the 'Competence' zone focus on the CAT score you can actually control now, not the profile you can't change

The 'Peak of Mount Stupid' is usually that one week after you buy the coaching material but before you've actually attempted a full-length mock. Everyone is a 99-percentiler until the DILR clock starts ticking
